Costabisaccia 2023 from Vino Lauria

100% Catarratto from calcareous soils around Trapani. Short skin contact and gently pressed within 24 hours and matured for 6 months in steel tanks. Sicilian classic, an all-rounder white wine with a smooth mouthfeel - fruit forward! Fans of low acidity will get their money's worth here :) The Costabisaccia 2023 smells of fresh apples, pears and a little honey, you can feel the Sicilian sun, but there is also a cool, tart freshness.
