The further development of Terre de 3: a parcel cuvée from the best vineyards. Yellow fruit, citrus and a hint of gunpowder meet creamy smoothness and cool elegance. Precise, eternally long - Chenin Blanc at the next level.

Vinification

Le Reau 2023 from Terra Vita Vinum

100% Chenin Blanc from the Rogeries, Grand Vau and Clos des Gabouchons vineyards in the Anjou Noir. The vines grow on volcanic rhyolite and sandy loam and are cultivated biodynamically. Le Reau 2024 really impressed us right from the start: a delicately creamy and salty Chenin style with brilliant reduction. Compared to its predecessor, 2024 is somewhat crisper and fresher. After slow pressing and spontaneous fermentation, the must is aged for 11 months in concrete and 500-liter barrels. The addition of sulphur varies depending on the vintage; Le Reau 2024 was bottled completely without sulphur. Like all natural wines from Terra Vita Vinum, Le Reau is bottled unfiltered.
