Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023 from Domaine Didon

A Chardonnay that defines the new Burgundy! The Bourgogne Blanc 2023 from Domaine Didon combines organic grapes from the Maconnais and Beaujolais regions. The vines are rooted in granite sand, clay and loam, which gives the wine its mineral depth. Organically farmed and meticulously tended by hand, the grapes are pressed very slowly as whole bunches and matured in used wooden barrels after a short maceration period. The result: a delicate, multi-layered Chardonnay with a creamy mouthfeel, silky fruit and a precise acid structure. Like all natural wines, it is bottled unfiltered - a Chardonnay with a wow effect!
