Vinification

CC 2022 by Patrick Bouju

The CC 2022 is a direct-pressed white wine blend of Chardonnay from the Auvergne, Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire. The aromas are of citrus fruits, green apples and meadow flowers. After some time in the glass, it becomes even fruitier. Very animating on the palate with precise, fine acidity. Like all natural wines from Justine & Patrick Bouju, the CC 2022 is naturally bottled unfiltered and unsulphured.
