Vinification

Tohu Bohu Pet Nat 2021 from Les Errances

Cuvée of the grape varieties Grolleau, Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc from dark slate soils, which are macerated together and pressed after a few hours. The Tohu Bohu Pet Nat 2021 is then briefly fermented in steel tanks before it is bottled unfiltered and completes its fermentation in the bottle. Somewhere between rosé and orange, the Pet Nat is a real crowd pleaser, fruit-forward and wonderfully animating. Like all natural wines from Les Errances, it is bottled unfiltered and without sulphur.
