What Georg says: a wine without brakes! Infinite drinking flow and drinking pleasure in litre format. And yet it doesn't seem frivolous, 2022 is more precise and refined. Simply top and perfect for sharing!

Vinification

Concubine Weiß 2023 from Georg Lingenfelder

Fresh, light and accessible: the Concubine White comes in a litre format, is for everyone and best for sharing! Georg Lingenfelder uses the Sylvaner, Riesling and Gewürztraminer grape varieties to conjure up an uncomplicated natural wine in the bottle. Selectively crushed by hand and with hands and feet, spontaneously fermented with the vineyard's own yeasts in used Palatinate barriques from the neighbouring forest and then left on the skins for approx. 7 days, racked off after 12 months on the full lees including dirt and bacon fat (i.e. no separation of the lees) and bottled unfiltered with minimal addition of sulphur. Immensely juicy on the palate with a great drinking flow, an uncomplicated natural wine for every occasion. Like allNaturweine von Georg Lingenfelder unfiltered and bottled with minimal sulphur.

Broke away from home, travelled a lot and then studied geology - the longing for the Palatinate and natural wine finally brought Georg Lingenfelder back to Großkarlsbach, where he leads the family winery towards modernity.
