Acqua 2022

Weinviertel, Austria. Together with Herbert Zillinger, the vinophile staple Acqua was created. 100% Grüner Veltliner from 20 to 40-year-old vines on chalky gravel soils, cultivated biodynamically and harvested in small boxes. The Herbert Zillinger winery is a pioneer and trailblazer for sustainable, organic viticulture in the Austrian Weinviertel. The grapes are destemmed and, after a short maceration period, pressed and fermented in steel tanks, where Acqua matures for 11 months and finds its balance. The palate is full of juicy, fruity fun with a vital acid nerve and an enormous drinking flow. Unfiltered and bottled with minimal addition of sulphur. Domaine Disco is a wine project on the move and cooperates with Europe's most ambitious winegrowers to create limited editions. For the true taste of nature, the law of attraction and, above all, fun.
