Bone dry and purist, Amaury's Blanc de Noir comes from purchased Pinot grapes from Champagne C.H. Piconnet, also in Polisy.

Blanc de Noirs 2022 from Amaury Beaufort

100% Pinot Noir from grapes purchased from Domaine C.H. Piconnet from Polisy on the Côte des Bar, classified as Autre Cru. The Blanc de Noir 2022 is aged on the lees for a total of 18 months, including malolactic fermentation. Like all Natural Grower champagnes from Amaury Beaufort, Blanc de Noir 2022 is bottled unfiltered and without any addition of sulphur.
