A light-footed Pinot Noir that invites you to dream! With the Pinot Noir VdF 2023, Domaine Didon brings a seductive, fragrant interpretation of the grape variety to the glass. 50% of the grapes come from Alsace, 50% from Beaujolais - grown on granite sand and organically farmed. After slow whole-cluster pressing and a short maceration period, the wine was matured in used wooden barrels for 10 months. The result is a floral, fruity Pinot with finely woven acidity that wraps itself around the palate like a silk dress. Fresh, animating and incredibly inviting - a Pinot Noir that delights with elegance and juiciness. Like all natural wines from Domaine Didon, bottled unfiltered!
