2022 will captivate everyone - game changer! Look forward to a fruit-driven style à la Pfalz with focus and excitement from Riesling, Sylvaner, the coveted Morio and the new Gewürztraminer. The liter wines called Concubine also take a step forward in terms of balance and complexity, and are perfect for sharing.
After the cold and extreme year 2021, which gave us rather herbal, hidden and somewhat shy wines, 2022 is another extreme vintage that shows the exact opposite: warm and dry. What does this mean for us wine drinkers? The wines are already quite open and accessible. Chapeau to Georg for mastering both vintages with flying colors.
