Our take

Uncomplicated and casual, the Cuvée Weiß combines animating freshness and rounded texture. Soft yellow fruits, a bit green with fine notes of alpine herbs.

Vinification

Cuvée Weiß 2021 from Andi Mann

Like all Andi Mann wines, the grapes for the Cuvée Weiß are hand-picked. After a short maceration period, spontaneous fermentation takes place and the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks. The natural wine is bottled unfiltered and unsulphured. "Fresh, wild and drinkable." - Andreas Mann
