Vinification

Rosa X 2021 from Andi Mann

Like all of Andi Mann's wines, the grapes are carefully and selectively hand-picked. The cuvée consists of Riesling, Dornfelder, Portugieser and some Scheurebe. Andi ferments spontaneously with a short maceration period and then ages the wine gently in stainless steel tanks. The Rosa X is bottled unfiltered and unsulphured.
