Vinification

L'Amourouse Rosé 2022 from Domaine Majas

The L'Amourouse Rosé 2022 is composed of Syrah, Merlot & Cabernet Franc. The vines, more than 35 years old, are rooted in limestone and slate soils at 350-400m above sea level. Carefully harvested by hand and aged separately in steel. With only a minimal addition of sulphur, the natural wine from Domaine Majas is bottled unfiltered and unfined.
