Totally animating and with a smoky spice, this rosé puts a big smile on our faces. With only 11%, it's easy-going and complex at the same time, as the delicate tannin provides the palate twist - boom!

Vinification

Girotondo Rosato 2022 from Agricola Forestieri

Sangiovese and Pinot Gris in a rosé duet, with the Pinot Gris fermenting as a whole grape for only 10 days. After gentle pressing, aged in steel and cement tanks. Crisp, fresh and lively with only 11% Alc., the Girotondo Rosato is made from the freshest grapes on sandy basalt and granite at the foot of the Alta Maremma. The wine almost jumps out of the glass, it smells of grapefruit, lemon and grapefruit. White peach also comes through. Due to the lightness, there is also a great drinking flow - never tiring, always animating. Boom! Rosé with a twist! Delicately spicy on the palate, slightly smoky and equipped with crackling acidity, this makes for a lot of palate fun and puts a big grin on our faces - this is what the new Tuscany tastes like. Like all natural wines from Forestrieri, it is unfiltered and bottled with minimal added sulphur.
