Vinification

Zore 2023 from Naboso

100% André (a cross between Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent), fermented via carbonic maceration (whole, undamaged grapes in a CO2-protected tank) for 8 days and then gently pressed. The result is an incredibly animating and juicy natural wine with a sparkling red color. Further maturation in neutral, 500-liter oak and acacia barrels and bottled unfiltered. Due to the way it is made, the fruit clearly dominates here, above all raspberries, strawberries and redcurrants. There is also a herbal note with hints of rose. The Zore 2023 is perfect for BBQs, with pizza or to share with friends - a great introduction to the world of Naboso!
