Vinification

Bulles de Schiste - Pet Nat 2022 from Terra Vita Vinum

Elegant sparkling wine from the slate - Bulles de Schiste 2022. 65% Chardonnay, 30% Cabernet Franc and 5% Chenin make it into the Pet Nat Cuvée, for which only young vines from several plots in Anjou Noir are used. As befits a Petillant Natural, the must is fermented spontaneously in the bottle and the natural carbon dioxide is produced. Aromatic white fruits such as peaches and pears emerge from the glass, as well as some brioche and yeasty notes. Playful, fragrant and with the finest perlage, the Bulles de Schiste 2022 is an absolute pleasure to drink. Like all natural wines from Terra Vita Vinum, it is bottled unfiltered.
