Biodynamic cultivation and careful hand harvesting, half of the Müller Thurgau grapes are pressed, the other half is allowed to remain on the mash for another five weeks, giving it even more texture and grip. The Müller Thurgau 2021 from Daniel and Bianka Schmitt is bottled unfiltered and unsulphured - a juicy fresh natural wine that leads from one glass to the next.
