Vinification

Zore 2022 from Naboso

100% André (a cross between Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent), fermented via carbonic maceration, also called maceration carbonique (whole, undamaged grapes in a CO2 protected tank) for 8 days and then gently pressed, the result is an insanely animating and juicy natural wine in a sparkling red colour. Further ageing in neutral, 500L oak and acacia barrels and bottled unfiltered. Due to the way it is made, the fruit clearly dominates here, above all raspberries, strawberries and currants. In addition, there is an herbal note with hints of roses. Perfect for BBQ, pizza or to share with friends - the Zore 2022 is a great introduction to the world of Naboso!
