Our take

Unbeatably juicy thirst quencher that will even convert your parents to natural wine. Fresh apricots and ripe apples glide across your palate with mouth-watering drinkability. Comes with feelgood vibes!

Vinification

Pinot Blanc SA

100% Pinot Blanc from several sites. Carefully harvested by hand, they come from 20 - 40 year old vineyards from the Witscheiner Herrenberg and the Rascher Nussberg, which are interspersed with sandy marl and gravel soils. In the cellar, everything ferments spontaneously with a short contact with the mash, and the wine is matured in wooden barrels and stainless steel. In order to give the natural wine a bit more structure, older vintages are also blended together. The Weißerburgunder SA has an immense juiciness with a mouth-watering drinking flow. It is simply fun to drink. The wine is then bottled unsulphurised and unfiltered, without any further frills. It is remarkable how much vitality and filigree the natural wines from the Rebenhof possess.
