A Sauvignon with a fine edge, cool mineral depth and an aromatic twist. 2021 was a banner year in Styria, it shines like a 1 and has considerable energy!

Vinification

Sauvignon Blanc LIEU DIT (liter) 2021 from Rebenhof

100% Sauvignon Blanc from 20-40 year old, partly very steep vineyards from Witscheiner Herrenberg and Ratscher Nussberg, which grow on sandy marl and gravel soils, also known as Opok. The Sauvignon Blanc 2021 undergoes a 2-day maceration with stems and is matured in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unsulphurized and unfiltered in spring 2023 after two years on the fine lees - nothing added, nothing removed. The vitality and delicacy of the natural wines from Rebenhof is remarkable and incredibly enjoyable in the glass. Brilliant stuff!
