Not your whatever rosé! Spolu combines 4 grape varieties into an electric mix of cranberry-cherry juice, candied orange peel and white pepper. Funky - Fruity - Flirty!

Vinification

Spolu 2020 from Naboso

Spolu is called together in Slovak and is thus a fantastic rosé cuvée of Welschriesling, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Blaufränkisch with a total of 14 days of maceration with all grape varieties. Spolu matures for one year in 500L acacia and oak barrels to find its inner peace and balance, followed by another 2 years of bottle maturation until Spolu has reached its full potential. Definitely not your whatever rosé, Spolu is super light and juicy, but due to the long maturation has the necessary structure and energy to also be serious. Blackcurrant, cherries with ripe apples in a rendezvous and straight ahead, an animating rosé wine for fish dishes or BBQ. Like all natural wines at Naboso, Spolu 2020 is bottled unfiltered and with minimal added sulphur.
