Large Soif Rouge 2022 from Terra Vita Vinum

Luc and Benedicte want to pay tribute to Paul Bocuse with the expression "Large Soif". This wonderfully light and playful red wine cuvée is made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and a little Gamay, which grow on the famous black slate. The Cabernets conjure up a ripe and dark aroma in the glass, accompanied by a hint of chocolate and leather. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks and bottled unsulphurized and unfiltered after 12 months. Playful, fragrant and highly drinkable, the Large Soif Rouge 2022 is Terra Vita Vinum's enticing entry-level wine and stands for absolute drinking pleasure. Like all natural wines from Terra Vita Vinum, the Large Soif Blanc is bottled unfiltered.
