100% Nero d'Avola from calcareous soils around Trapani. Gently pressed after 3 weeks of maceration and matured for 6 months in steel tanks. A Sicilian classic, a dark red wine with a smooth mouthfeel - fruit forward! Fans of low acidity will get their money's worth here :) The Zoo Paolo 2021 smells of plums, sour cherries and a little leather, you can feel the Sicilian sun, but there is also a cool, tart freshness.
