Popcorn 2023 by Herbert Zillinger

Popcorn is a cuvée of Pinot Blanc and some Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Traminer, and it definitely has it all. Herbert Zillinger himself speaks of a popcorn reduction aroma, due to the short contact with the mash and reductive ageing, a method in which the young wine is protected from oxidation during ageing. Minimal addition of sulphur and bottled unfiltered. The Popcorn 2023 will catapult you straight to the movies!
