Zillinger Limited 2021 from Herbert Zillinger

A selection of the best grapes from the best vineyards from the perfect 2021 vintage. Herbert experimented: longer maceration time, barrique, amphora. The result is absolutely next level: we have rarely had such concentration in the glass. On the palate, the Zillinger Limited 2021 is dense and concentrated, but never stubborn or rebellious, always with character, and what spice. It all feels very vital, with a vibrant mineral and spicy touch on the tongue and a full length! Slightly more oxidative and funkier than Hirschenreyn, but more open and with a slight oxi touch. Like all natural wines from Herbert Zillinger, bottled unfiltered.
