Thomas Straka baut seinen Blaufränkisch Grünschiefer 2021 im großen neutralen Holzfass aus, denn die Trauben sollen den Ton angeben und nicht das Holz. Wir finden eine intensive Frucht an Sauerkirsche und Brombeere, abgerundet mit dezenten, rauchigen Noten. Bei etwas Luft und Zeit im Glas kommt dann auch der Schieferton leicht durch. Ein saftig knackiger Blaufränkisch der für das neue, moderne Burgenland steht! Wie alle Naturweine von Straka ist auch der Blaufränkisch Grünschiefer unfiltriert abgefüllt.
