Welschriesling Prantner 3330 2020 from Thomas Straka

The Welschriesling Prantner 3330 comes from barren slate soils from the oldest vineyard of the winery (planting year 1930) and conjures up a remarkable concentration in the glass - an ingenious Welschriesling type. Thomas fermented spontaneously in steel tanks, bottled unfiltered after one year on the fine lees. Youthful colour, nuanced bouquet, herbs, stone fruit, a definitely powerful wine, taut, with a tight texture and a long-lasting finish. Thomas Straka stands for the new, modern Burgenland.
