Muskat ANDRE*S -nv- from Andreas Ziniel

Andreas Ziniel cultivates the Muskateller on loamy sandy soils with slight lime inclusions and harvests carefully by hand. After 7 days of skin contact, the natural wine achieves its great balance between aroma and tannins, then carefully pressed and matured in stainless steel tanks. Remarkable what a wonderful freshness and coolness this has in this hot region. The slightly citrusy, aromatic Muskat ANDRE*S is bottled unfiltered after 5-6 months on the yeast and with an extremely low dose of sulphur. Andi Ziniel conjures up a sinful hedonism and demonstrates the art nouveau style of Burgenland. For outdoors and best for sharing: serious drinking fun with guaranteed drinking flow!
