Onion Paradise 2021 feat. Lukas Hammelmann from Carrousel de Tete

Lukas Hammelmann and Frederik von Carrousel de Tete as winemakers, Onion Paradise as the product of two visions: coming from a small vineyard in Meckenheim in the Palatinate, a stone's throw from Deidesheim, Onion Paradise 2021 consists of many grape varieties harvested as a mixed set and macerated together. Prolonged maceration with skins and stems, then gently pressed and aged for 18 months in tonneaux's and some stainless steel. This combination of aroma grape varieties and mash simply fits like a glove. Like all natural wines from Carrousel de Tete, unfiltered and bottled with a small addition of sulphur.
