An exceptional Pinot Blanc! So finely meshed, such elegant extract, so much cool minerality. Aromatically, a delicate peach, camomile and yellow fruits seduce from one glass to the next. Great!

Vinification

Weißburgunder 350 N.N. 2020 from Odinstal

The grapes of the Pinot Blanc 350 N.N. come from three different plots. An old vineyard planted in the 1980s which consists of heavy Keuper soil and two younger plots of red sandstone and basalt. The young plots provide freshness and the old vineyard, located at an altitude of 350 meters, the strength and minerality combined with the precision makes this wine truly unique. Spontaneous fermentation with short contact with the skins and long remaining on the fine lees, which gives the wine expression and complexity, then gently filtered. Andreas Schuhmann and his team demonstrate biodynamic agriculture in extreme form.
