100% Catarratto on calcareous soils around Trapani. Short skin contact and gently pressed within 24 hours and aged for 6 months in steel tanks. Sicilian classic, an all-round white wine with a smooth mouthfeel - Fruit forward! Fans of low acidity will get their money's worth here :) The Costabisaccia 2022 smells of fresh apples, pears and a little honey, you notice the Sicilian sun, but there is also a cool, tart freshness.
